Located along US Highway 11 near Pierce, Idaho, the Headquarters location is responsible for not only its quarter of the almost one million acres of protection, but half of the Boehl's Cabin protection as well. Being one of the more remote locations within the C-PTPA, outdoor recreation is very popular in the area. The Headquarters location has the ability to staff 16 seasonal firefighters and 3 overhead positions, with housing available for employees.
